I’m Lee (she/her). I offer a holistic approach to healing that blends therapy, yoga, and mindfulness to support emotional growth, nervous system balance, and mind-body connection. With over 15 years of experience as a therapist and yoga teacher, I help women, LGBTQ+ individuals, creatives, and helpers find clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves.

Lee’s Personal Pathways into Yoga & Holistic Therapy

As a licensed therapist, yoga teacher, and healer dedicated to guiding individuals back to their hearts, her journey into holistic healing began over 15 years ago through my personal exploration of yoga and meditation. Experiencing the transformative power of movement, breath, and mindfulness firsthand inspired me to deepen my training: a 200-hour yoga teacher certification in Louisville, a 300-hour Lotus Flow teacher training in New York City, and immersive study trips to Rishikesh, India.

I offer the same heart-centered approach to therapy. Specializing in supporting women, LGBTQ+ individuals, creatives, and helpers—those often caring for others but seeking a safe space for themselves. Her therapeutic approach blends DBT, CBT, and polyvagal theory with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation. She also draws on her yoga and meditation background to provide mind-body healing and spiritual mentoring for clients seeking a deeper connection with themselves and their path -

Healing is a journey best taken both individually and in community. I guide clients through anxiety, trauma, burnout, identity exploration, and life transitions, while also leading group programs, workshops, retreats, and sacred travel experiences to India and Egypt. Whether through therapy, yoga, or heart-centered group work, my mission is to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, find balance, and cultivate a life aligned with their truest selves.
